These Terms of Use apply to the Petko mobile application provided by Arda Emin Cimen. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Petko helps users manage pet profiles, records, reminders, reports, QR codes, and selected AI-assisted features.
Petko does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or a replacement for professional care.
Purchases, renewals, billing, and cancellation flows are governed by the applicable app store and payment platform rules.
Petko and its AI features do not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment plans, or emergency help. In urgent or uncertain situations, contact a licensed veterinarian.
Petko is designed to help users create pet profiles, track health and care records, manage reminders, generate reports and QR codes, store documents, and use certain AI-assisted features.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Some features of Petko may be used without creating an account. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data you enter into the app.

Petko may use AI technologies in certain features. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational, supportive, and convenience purposes only.
Petko and its AI features do not:
Petko may offer premium or paid features. Purchases may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or RevenueCat.
Pricing, trial periods, renewals, cancellations, and billing terms are governed by the applicable app store rules. The Service Provider may change premium offerings or pricing from time to time.
Some features rely on device permissions such as camera, photo library, notifications, or calendar access. If you do not grant these permissions, some features may be unavailable or limited.
Petko may rely on third-party services to provide certain functionality. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. This includes AI processing, subscription management, and in-app purchase infrastructure.
Unless otherwise stated, the app, its design, branding, interface, code, and related content are owned by the Service Provider or the relevant rights holders. They may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for:
The Service Provider may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time, with or without notice.
Your use of the app is also subject to the Petko Privacy Policy. By using the app, you also acknowledge the related privacy practices.
Petko is not directed to children under the age of 13.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service Provider, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
